Mike Jarrett

Mike Jarrett is General Counsel of AGC Equity Partners.

Mr. Jarrett has over 10 years of private practice legal experience at international law firms advising companies, directors and shareholders on a wide variety of corporate matters, in particular private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and restructurings and has worked with a diverse client base across a number of sectors including real estate, insurance, media and energy

Mr. Jarrett received a BA (Hons) in Maritime Defence, Management and Technology from the Royal Naval Engineering College and a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Distinction in the Legal Practices Course from the College of Law. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Jarrett served in the rank of Lieutenant Commander as a warfare officer in the Royal Navy.
