Emma Crestani

Emma Crestani is the HR Manager at AGC Equity Partners. She brings nearly a decade of international HR experience across financial services, insurance and consulting.

Before joining AGC, Ms. Crestani led the UK & Ireland Core Consulting Group’s talent strategy at Oliver Wyman in London. She began her career in Sydney, Australia, and relocated to London in 2019.

Her expertise spans end-to-end people operations, talent management, global mobility and employee relations. Ms. Crestani has partnered with senior leadership to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organisational success.

Ms. Crestani holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
